- Agreement Usage: Charged based on the number of active or newly created hire purchase agreements
- User License: Charged on a monthly or yearly subscription per active user login.
- Payment Gateway Surcharge: A small service fee applies to each transaction processed through integrated payment gateways (FPX only).

- Onboarding Dealer Module – Enables dealer registration and management via a dedicated web portal.
- e-KYC (Electronic Know Your Customer) – Identity verification through MyKad OCR, face match, and liveness detection.

- Digital Document Storage – Cloud storage for scanned agreements, MyKad, and supporting documents with retrieval and expiry tracking.

A: The system will automatically record additional agreements, you can purchase LITE plan (come with 50 agreement) or STANDARD plan (come with 100 agreement count).

A: Yes. Our migration team can import your existing customer, agreement, and payment data from Excel or legacy systems into iFlexihp Cloud.

A: Migration is scheduled and performed during off-peak hours to minimize downtime.

A: A stable internet connection and a modern web browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox). No software installation is needed.
